Check out the practice schedule and stop by at the end of any day to show your support and cheer on your this year’s performers! Below is a summary of last year’s achievements. Looking forward to another AMAZING CMK season!

We are so proud of our 2017 Castle Marching Knights! It was an amazing and heart-felt season! The 2017 CMK took 2nd place in the ISSMA State Competition, were awarded Class 3A Grand National Champions with a full sweep of awards in our class for Outstanding Music, Visual, and General Effect, and finished the season with a ranking of 8th in the nation. To say we are proud does not begin to describe the beautiful performances these students showed all season not just with their hard work and musical talent, but with their hearts. Lucas Oil Stadium felt those performances at Grand Nationals and the nation saw their love for music and for each other. Way to go CMK!

Check out the notes below or the Contests page for full results from our 2017 season.

CMK were selected as one of the top 12 bands in the nation, qualifying them to compete in finals competition Saturday night at 9:15pm ET.

The Finals performance was another moving and heart-felt performance leaving few in the audience with a dry eye. Our director, Mr. Dean, surprised the band by directing them for a warm-up song that was a favorite of David and Sophie Rinehart. The CMK played their hearts out during that performance at finished 8th in the nation, a school record. Congratulations 2017 CMK! We love you.
